What does it cost me?
Nothing for covered generic medications. Your employer or union pays the monthly membership, and you fill covered generics as often as prescribed at no cost to you.
Is MedsPass insurance?
No. MedsPass is a pharmacy membership, not insurance. It works alongside your existing health plan, not instead of it.
Which medications are covered?
1,000+ commonly prescribed generic medications across 20+ categories, including heart health, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid, mental health, allergy, skin care and vitamins. The formulary is constantly updated. Schedule II controlled substances and opioid narcotics are not included.
My company is small. Can we still get it?

Covered medications are generics on the MedsPass formulary in effect at the time of fill, which is constantly updated and may change; brand names are for reference only. “No cost to you” applies to covered generics while your organization’s membership is active; quantity and days-supply limits under law and pharmacist judgment apply. Schedule II controlled substances and opioid narcotics are excluded. Same-day delivery is available in eligible areas only. App screens are illustrative. Some restrictions apply.
